EYES: TOP PICKS AT SEPHORA AT 2024
I rounded up my favorite eye products at Sephora all in one place! A lot of my core favorites don’t change. They are tried and true. If it says “NEW” in the title, it is a new favorite that hasn’t been on the list before. There are a few items I love that you won’t find here (NYX Micro Brow Pencil, Ardell Individual lashes, etc) because I feel there isn’t a great substitute at Sephora. KOSAS - NEW
BROW POP NANO EYEBROW PENCIL
This tiny tipped brow pencil is incredible! Really sharp to create faux hairs, perf to underline and do detail work. If you have a lot of filling in to do, it may take too long with something this small, but I am obsessed with it! Great for a petite face too. I use medium and dark brown.
KULFI - NEW
BROW LAMINATING GEL
I love this brow gel and it has the lightest hold of the 4 I recommend. Despite the laminating word in the title, I feel like it’s more of a really good grooming gel. The tools aren’t as precise as Refy, but the are fun to play with. A fun option to try.
ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS
STRONGHOLD CLEAR BROW GEL
You cannot go wrong here. This brow gel creates the perfect hold, is clean-looking, and is never flakey. This is the GOAT when it comes best traditional brow gel, and the tube lasts a long time.
RARE BEAUTY
FLEXIBLE LIFTING AND LAMINATING BROW GEL
This has more hold than Kulfi and ABH clear gels. It IS in the lamination category. It has insane hold without being flakey. I like better than Patrick Ta, because you can touch up and still get through your brows if needed.
ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS
BROW WAX
The most hold ever. Your brows literally won’t move. If you crave that “soap brow” vibe, but better this is for you. I also enjoy the corresponding applicator!

EYESHADOW PRIMER POTION
My go-to eyeshadow primer at Sephora. It’s clear-toned and ensures your eye shadow will grab to your lid and prevent creasing. It lightly smooths the look of any surface imperfections and preps the lids for all-day wear. I like the mini, because the full-sized can dry out. Also, only choose the original one, NOT the anti-aging or shimmer version. I like this for people with dry lids or crinkly lids.
RARE BEAUTY
EYESHADOW STICK IN ADVENTURE
I have three shadow sticks I recommend and honestly there are VERY specific colors I like in each. Starting with Rare beauty. There are only a handful of colors to choose from with my favorites being Adventure (perf brown smokey eye without being too dark) and Contentment (perf Rose Gold). Of the 3 options, they wear the best without needing to be set with a powder shadow (though even better when you set with one). Pop a little bronzer in your crease + a coat of mascara and you are out the door! It also comes with a sharpener on the other end! They are cheaper than Bobbi Brown.
BOBBI BROWN
EYE SHADOW STICK IN MOONSTONE
I love the Rare Beauty sticks for easy glam on the go. Bobbi Brown Eye Shadow sticks are also amazing and a HUGE variety of shades. They are more expensive than Rare, and also marginally better quality. I tend to use these more as a base for powder shadow to make the color pop. I will choose a stick similar in tone to the powder eye shadow I want to use. Moonstone is my go-to for a light shimmery lid.
LAURA MERCIER
EYESHADOW STICK IN METALLIC TAUPE
Laura Mercier is equally good to Bobbi, it’s really which brand has the color you are after. The shade Metallic Taupe is my fave gold of any of these brands and probably my most used shadow stick.
HOURGLASS
SCATTERED LIGHT GLITTER EYESHADOW
These are gorgeous one-and-done shadows. It’s a pressed pigment (not chunky glitter, but def frosty) that clings to your finger and easily taps on the eye. So beautiful. Pretty solo or with a bronzer in your crease. I love Burnish and Smoke. I want to pick up a few more of these. I like that there is not a lot of fallout. If Patrick Ta was your go-to palette, and you wanted 1-2 shimmery options, but don’t want a full-on palette, I like these.
MERIT - NEW
SOLO CREAM SHADOW IN VACHETTA
A buildable, talc-free, cream-to-powder eyeshadow that is easy to use and gives a soft-matte wash of color for all-day wear. LOVE for quick and easy, but also great for dry or crepey lids.
TARTE
IN BLOOM PALETTE
THE OG basic shadow palette. Every day, matte neutrals There are lid, crease, and liner options for every skin tone. The shimmery shades are fine, but they are my least used. This is a perfect “first” palette for those just getting into eye shadow or if you wear infrequently and want options. The colors tend to lean cooler in tone which makes this also great for fair to light skin tones.
PATRICK TA
MAJOR DIMENSION 3 PALETTE
The new favorite child. All mattes with the top row are predominantly warm tones, and the bottom row is cool tones, so you have the best of both worlds. There are two cream shadows in dark brown and black that can be used as a shadow base or as a liner (I would set it with one of the powder shadows to ensure it stays put). It is my most used palette right now. These tones are very pigmented and probably not ideal if you are very pale.
MAKEUP BY MARIO - NEW
THE NEUTRALS
Neutral to coolish tones. This apply softly and you can build them up. Good palette for a beginner, or if you don't want as much pigment as Patrick Ta. A beautiful addition to warmer palettes.
CHARLOTTE TILBURY
PILLOW TALK QUAD
I don’t think all Charlotte Tilbury Quads are created equal and honestly, the Pillow Talk and Pillow Talk Dreams Quads are the only two I use. The original Pillow Talk offers pretty pink/rose lid tones for fair to light skin tones. It is gorgeous for everyday use! This has colors you won’t find in Tarte or Patrick Ta.
CHARLOTTE TILBURY
PILLOW TALK DREAMS QUAD
The Dreams Quad is stunning on medium to dark skin tones. I own both the Dreams Quad and the OG Pillow Talk Quad, and actually mix them together. Perfect to add to your collection if you are a collector, but not practical for most everyday use. I like the two darker shades to define the outer corner. The two lighter shades on my skin tone are very peachy, but pretty layered on top of something lighter like the shadow stick from Bobbi in Moonstone (in the pink family).
PAT McGRATH LABS
SUNLIT SEDUCTION PALETTE
Pat McGrath palettes are a grip of money, but you cannot beat the quality. First of all the “portion” is a lot and will last for an eternity. The pigment level is unparralled. The shimmer shades are incredible for bridal OR over 40, because they aren’t chunky. Smooth and beautiful. An investment for the shadow lover, but you will love. My most used are Mothership X and XI.
URBAN DECAY - NEW
SPACE COWBOY
If you like to keep it simple, don’t own a bunch of shimmery options, just own this! A sheer shimmer topper that is gorge tapped over Patrick Ta for see through shine or worn solo over primer OR over your favorite shimmer as a dimensional topper. Really pretty.

MASTER PIGMENT PRO EYELINER PENCIL
Obsessed with this pencil. Sketch on your lash line and use the smudgey brush to smoke out and blend. Great in the waterline too.

24/7 EYELINER
These are incredible. The variety is unbeatable. Mattes, metallics (love) and in so many colors. Gorgeous inside the eye or on the outside.
ONE/SIZE
LIQUID EYELINER
This is my favorite liquid liner. Highly pigmented, glides right on, stays put with no tugging. Over 40 approved!!! I wear brown every day, but I also love black.
KVD
BEAUTY TATTOO WATERPROOF LIQUID EYELINER
The most hardcore, budge-proof liquid liner. I LOVE this one, but if you have crinklage around your eye area, One Size will go on more smooth.

LIFTING + VOLUMIZING MASCARA
My personal favorite for non clumpy, long lashes. Using side 1 to get the most natural lashes. There is a two-sided brush. The first is teeny tiny to coat your lashes and to get every lash perfectly groomed. No clumps here. Then use the second brush for volume. I typically add to the outer corners. I’m obsessed with this. Tip: Curl your lashes first!
YSL - NEW
LASH CLASH
A lengthening mascara (they claim volumizing and I disagree) with waterproof wear. Holds a curl, doesn't smudge, but not wildly difficult to remove.

MAKE WAVES MASCARA
A great, basic clean beauty mascara.
TOO FACED
BETTER THAN SEX MASCARA
I love the chocolate shade. 3 coats of this for excessively voluminous lashes in the best way. Love for even just bottom lashes for a softer vibe. The brown is def dark enough to notice. Love.

The only strip lashes I like at Sephora. This collection has soft, subtle, fluffy-looking strip lashes that are not too heavy!
